In my Hood
Before the bombings there was quite a media focus in the UK on another kind of terror:
YOUTH!
Unruly youth, especially those wearing hooded sweatshirts.

A few people warned me to avoid these young hooded folk - they might steal my mobile, or beat me up on the bus. One young man in a hood did cut in front of me in line at the newsagent, and another bumped into me with this backpack saying "Oh, sorry!"
I noticed evidence of the hoodie gangs rallying together, and photographed this sign posted near the Elephant and Castle tube station:

when I was last in london the big scare was anyone wearing that high class golf brand burburry sp? because it had become a fashion for YOUTH and some pubs had problems with them and kneejerk reaction across the nation was to simply ban the label- the funny thing is that most of the people I saw walking around wearing the stuff were old rich types, too funny that they would be banned from the pubs too! I am surprized they don't have signs banning people with tattoos and piercings or has the Rodman look passed now in London?
